Clinical noting needs cleaning

I entered "polyarthritis" in the diagnosis field, and was offered "Polyarthritis in Greyhounds" as a choice.

I don't think this would ever have occurred to me as a possible differential diagnosis!

Maybe Health Language Inc sold you a puppy??  Or, is this the vetinary database co-mingled with that for homo sapiens...

The SNOMED Clinical Finding axis contains non-human concepts as SNOMED is a medical ontology that also contains veterinary concepts. It is possible to restrict the search to certain subsets using Health Language's technology but we haven't done so in the current release.
